Ian Foreman, P.Geo., is the Qualified Person for Newton Gold Corp.
Mark Rebagliati, P.Eng, is the Qualified Person for Amarc Resources Ltd., Newton Gold's partner on the Newton Property. Amarc is the operator for the property and as such is responsible for all technical data generated on the property. Under the terms of National Instrument 43-101, Mr. Rebagliati is supervising the exploration, quality assurance and quality control programs on behalf of Amarc.
Chuchi Property
Carl von Einsiedel, P.Geo, is the Qualified Person for Newton Gold's work on the Chuchi Property. Under the terms of National Instrument 43-101, Mr. von Einsiedel is supervising the exploration, quality assurance and quality control programs on behalf of Newton Gold.
